ACCESSIBLE
Our buidling is fully accessible and our VR can be enjoyed by wheelchair users.
OPENING DAYS
We work from Wednesdays to Sunday and on certain occasions, can accommodate Mondays and Tuesdays.
PARTY TIME
Our VR parties last for 1 hour and 45 minutes and are fully hosted to make sure we maximise your time with us.
OUR VR GAMING PORTALS / SIMULATORS
We have 4 x Free Roaming VR Portals, which allows you to freely move around in a 2.5m x 2.5m area and can choose from numerous game experiences (both standing and seated) These can accommodate up to 12 guests. This Party lasts for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
We have 3 x 5D VR Racing Simulators (state-of-the-art) Including, haptic response, hydraulic and even wind simulation to make this vr experience feel very real. These can accommodate up to 6 guests. This Party lasts for 1 hour.
PARTY GROUP SIZES
PARTIES LESS THAN 8
Although our party deal is set up for as many as 18, if there are less than these numbers, it means more VR time for everyone and allows more games in the party time which proves to be a big hit.
With this (depending on game/experience preferences) You should expect around 8 to 12 game changes and up to 1 hour and 30 minutes of VR play each
PARTIES UP TO 8
For party sizes up to 8 the 4 x VR Portals are absolutely fine. With this party deal (depending on game/experience preferences) You should expect around 4 to 8 game changes and up to 45 minutes of VR play each.
PARTIES UP TO 12
For party sizes up to 12 the 4 x VR Portals (only) Can still be used. With this party deal (depending on game/experience preferences) You should expect around 4 to 6 game changes and up to 30 minutes of VR play each. Our recommendation (if having the full 12 attend) Would be to consider adding on the VR Racing Simulators giving much more VR time per person, and can include roller coaster experiences (which as an extra bonus) Which would use the hydraulics and wind simulation from the Racing Sims to enhance the roller coaster experience.
PARTIES UP TO 18
For party sizes up to 18 the 4 x VR Portals and the 3 x VR Racing Simulators must be used. With this party deal (depending on age and preferences) You should expect around 7 to 14 game changes and up to 45 minutes of VR play each.
EXTRA TIME?
Our parties will last for 1 hour and 45 minutes. However if you wish additional time? We offer additional time at the rate of £90 per additional hour for the VR Portals and £90 per additional hour for the VR Racing Simulators
VR PORTAL GAMES / EXPERIENCES
Our games/experiences range from climbing Mount Everest or travelling to the moon, to fighting an alien race of droids or even zombies in full story mode. With over 100 games/experiences to choose from, we have something for absolutely everyone. We also have many multiplayer games, which allows you to play against each other in the same game, which is without a shadow of a doubt incredible fun in VR
5D VR RACING SIMULATORS
This is the very latest addition to The Realm VR. Our state-of-the-art VR racing simulators. Imagine driving at speeds in excess of 200 MPH, with professional wind simulators reacting to your speed and the full movement of every turn and even crash from our commercial racing platforms. Choose from over 100 real circuits around the world and countless cars to choose from, ranging from Ford Escorts, to Lamborghini's or even a formula 1 racing car. With full haptic response commercial level race steering wheel and pedals, with pro paddle shift control. You can race around in VR in breath taken realism and with an incredible immersive feeling of actually being there, that simply has to be tried to be appreciated. Have 3 of your party race against each other to see who is the best or simply go demolition derby on each other.
OUR FORMAT
The format for the event would usually be as follows. We set up our 4 VR Portals (VR gaming rooms) or / and the VR Racing Simulators already set up with games/races/experiences that you have chosen beforehand. We then walk everyone through VR by means of a tutorial, which is excellent for someone that has never tried VR before. Each of the Portals / Racing Sims would have a different game/experience for people to try, enjoy and then move onto the next one. We would usually change the games/experiences every 30 minutes to keep everyone entertained with new fun VR stuff. As for the games and experiences we choose? We will always put on a mix of the best, latest and most fun games for you all to enjoy, however we definitely will want to finish with a multiplayer game, where you can all see each other, talk to each other, and then kill each other!!!...(in VR)

EVENT INVITATIONS
Let us know how many guests you are inviting and we will provide you with our very own professional The Realm VR Event invites for you to give out. These will include all relevant information for your guests (map, phone number, space for your own writing etc)
RETRO GAMING AREA
You can't have a VR gaming arcade without some Retro arcade machines. This ranges from 2 x player Pacman to the 80's classic Outrun and some 25'000 more retro games to choose from.
BYOB ( BOTH VR PORTALS AND RACERS REQUIRED )
We can allow you to Bring Your Own Bottle to your party event, and even allow the use of our fridges to keep your beverages chilled. We only ask that you drink in moderation and bring nothing stronger than 5%, so that it complements your event rather than hinder your VR play.
CHOICE OF BACKGROUND MUSIC
We have a full stereo speaker system in place which can play music of your choice throughout the night.
USE OF OUR 100 INCH PROJECTOR You can bring in pictures etc that we can play on projector throughout the night, or we can simply have a movie etc playing for everyone.
STAFF
We will be looking after everyone throughout the event with a dedicated host, to make sure everything runs smoothly and all guests are having a great time.

Should there be special requests etc that you would like us to add into the above, just let us know and we will accommodate you as much as possible.
PRICES
For your full private Stag/Hen Party the costs are as follows
4 x VR Portals is £180 (1 hour 45 mins)
3 x 5D VR Racing Simulators is £170 (1 hour 45 mins)
Both of the above are currently on promotion for £295 (Best Deal)

Haptic Body Vest
Allowing you to feel the effects of and realism of being shot (with 60 pressure points front back) Please Note this will not hurt...Too much!
Haptic Sound Vest
Feel the base or sound vibrate throughout your torso with incredible gaming enhancement to your vr exerience.
Body & Feet Trackers
See your entire body in VR to get an additional overall realism to your VR event.
For all 3 the additional cost is £50 and as an extra bonus will increase your party time from 1 hour 45 minutes, to 2 full hours.
Please note, these items work on selected supported games only, however we will make sure these are part of your event if choosen.
